Who to contact
MEdeeyah operates this waitlist. Questions, corrections, removal requests, and privacy requests can be sent to info@medeeyah.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your required name and mobile number (including your selected country and country code), optional email address and media interests, and your combined notification agreement. We record the agreement wording, disclosure, version and collection method and, when JavaScript is enabled, timestamps, an opaque sharing code, an optional referring code, and a limited signup-source label. A number is not proof of ownership. We do not collect your contact list, streaming logins, passwords, media history, or payment details.
Why we use it
We use your details to manage the waitlist, confirm your registration, send the updates you requested, plan early access, understand referral activity, and respond to your messages. This signup records one combined email/text agreement. It does not currently send texts. Before texting begins, we will review the chosen provider’s requirements and seek a separate SMS opt-in if required. This page does not access your contacts, match you to an address book, or send invitations on someone else’s behalf. Any future contact-matching feature would need its own explanation and permissions. We do not sell waitlist details or publish the registration list. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing; service providers may process them only to help us operate the requested service.
Who processes it
The website and signup form use Netlify. Submitted details are stored in a private Netlify project and may be delivered to MEdeeyah’s Spacemail inbox through form notifications. If you provide an email address and automated welcome emails are activated, Netlify Functions request delivery, and Resend processes your email address, name, and message to send the confirmation from info@medeeyah.com. Phone numbers are not sent to Resend by this integration. A future text-message delivery provider will be identified before SMS starts. The hosting, spam-filtering, and email providers may process technical details such as IP addresses and request information for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Providers may process data outside your country.
Cookies and local storage
This page does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. It does not save your signup details in your browser’s local storage. Video and images are served with this website rather than through embedded social players. Hosting and network services still receive the information needed to deliver the page.
How long we keep it
We keep signup details while they are needed to manage the waitlist and the updates you requested. We will review the list when the waitlist closes. You can ask us to remove your entry earlier; limited information may need to be retained for security or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can correct your details, withdraw your signup consent, or request deletion by emailing info@medeeyah.com. To leave the list, use the subject “Remove me from the MEdeeyah waitlist.” When an email contains an unsubscribe link, you can also use it to stop future waitlist messages. We process opt-out requests manually and exclude those addresses from future campaigns. This version does not provide automatic unsubscribe processing. Unsubscribing is not automatic deletion of the original signup record; you may request deletion separately. This page does not currently send SMS. Once text messaging is active, you can also reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support. Entering a number alone is not a notification agreement. The required unchecked box records your combined choice; we do not treat it as a separately approved SMS opt-in. You may withdraw consent for email, texts, or both by contacting us. You may have additional rights depending on where you live.
Children
This waitlist is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s details. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted.
Changes
We may update this notice as the waitlist evolves. The date above will change when we do. A separate notice will explain the app’s data practices before launch.
